I am still in love with my exboyfriend(Korean guy) who broke it off with me in 2001. We have been getting closer this year. He wanted to come see me 2 weeks ago but wasn't sure how to find my house. He looksinto my eyes like he still loves me. I know he does. he has a Korean girlfriend and his parents hate foreign girls. That's the big problem and his Dad now has stomach cancer...so I am sad for his Dad and I still love him. It's like a double burden on my heart...I have tried to love other guys and I just can't. I haven't even slept with anyone in almost 3 years. No one is like him. I feel like I can't connect with anyone but him. He sent me a message to my handphone at 2:30 this morning telling me that he will pray for me that I will find a nice guy soon. I don't think he really means it because I was seeing someone in Septmber and he got al angry and jealous when he saw me with him. I don't understand him... |

What a WUSS and mommas boy. A MAN, thats a REAL man not a boy like this guy, would put it to his parents in NO UNCERTAIN terms that he loves you and he wants to be with you. That kind of MAN has backbone and conviction. This guy seems too scared to stand up to his parents and defend you. And you love this guy? Why? Say he marries you. His mother will run his and your lives because who will stop her? You? Him? He has shown that so far, he is nothing but a wimp. |

Twue Wove...
You think twue wove happens every day??
Death cannot stop twue wove. All it can do is delay it for a while.
Life is pain, Princess. Anyone who says differently is selling something. I remember this Korean boy of yours, I think. This would be, what, five years ago...hmmmm is his name Wesley?
So when do you have to marry old Humperdinck? |

Like the previous post....a real man would consider the love of his life...damm what the parents say. But...we all know that most korean males are not men. If you hook up with him....your future is bleak, controled and you'll resent him. |

Princess,
I feel for you, I really do, but moving on with your life is a must!! Perhaps you keep focusing on the reasons (read as excuses) why you broke up. His parents are racists. His dad is dying. Etc....
Realize this. He can't date you because his parents won't allow him. He is dating another woman. Also, he sounds possesive. Plus, he is praying for you to find a person to make your life better, since he refuses to do it. Come on, this is sick!!! Three years later, hello!!! What are you doing? YOU HAVEN'T LET GO.
Pull your head out and take a look around. That is not love, that's masochistic behaviour. Love yourself, then you can learn to love others.

Confront him about his weakness.
If he cares more about his parents out-dated opinions than you maybe he's too weak. |

You want that wet puppy back? Play the bas**tard. Go out with someone richer/better looking, whatever, and keep reminding him casually of all the details..as a "best friend" of course. Eventually his jealousy will drive him nuts...and he'll come back. Then you can finally bin him and get him out your system. C'mon princess, get some game!!!!!!
I have some other advice: P.M me. : |

A feeling of deep, shared connection, 'seoul mate', is rare. But it can't happen again unless you let go of this guy. All that waiting for him, and he doesn't meet you half way. Gotta resent that. So it's tainted now. Move on, you can get it again with someone else. Mucking around in a 'Wuthering ('withering') Heights' thing is a kind of 'sentimental onanism'. Going on a message board with the 'situation' is the drama peaking. What's your course? Wistful old lady-hood? Get off the 'one stop shopping' mode and live a little. |

Princess is the best troll in the history of this board..He/she has it perfected to an artform. Cudos.
Even the vet's fall victim..
Unfortunately the winner of the "Gay or Stud" debate is cut from a different cloth. I see all... |

I know..I always maintained that "princess" was a troll from the first time I read her threads.
But its fun to entertain a fake poster all the same. |

If s/he is a troll, s/he gets points for being consistent. A stroll through recent posts has a mention of this old boyfriend virtually every time. I suspect she's only guilty of being a bit of a drama queen. |

Though I agree that it's a troll, I reject the notion that it's the best troll....
Wouldn't the best troll never be caught? I know a poster that at one time, and continues for all I know (heck, could be Princess!), trolled about topics that NOBODY caught on...not even me. They were right convincing, because even I gave my two cents of advice for this poster....bugger. (not stating that I can't be had....but that I couldn't even tell it was such a close friend doing the posting)
