Have they closed for Xmas???

Did a certificate with them earlier this year and they were great.
Paid for a further course a few weeks ago, and their admin office seems to have forgotten how to use email..Just called their office and couldn't get through

If anyone has some other contact numbers or email addresses I'd appreciate them.
