I just won a phone at my office..

Samsung SCH V-500, the new one with Hyori in the commercial?
The screen turns 90 degrees for better pics.

anywys, does anyone know what is needed on a phone, what chip, etc. in order to hook it up in a canadian network? do we use like GSM or something? im not all that tech. inclined..

please help! If i can't use it, i'm just gonna sell it to a co-worker who is offering some good cash.

really i think the best thing you could do is search online about the canadian cell companies.

sk tekecom lets some of their phones roam on the verizon network in the states (about 7-8c a minute i think).

uhmm...yeah...^^;;
