Clearly a hoax; the chimneys are at the same height as the church steeple and also way too close to the church to be attached to real buildings below. The street lighting is too hokey to be true, and the juke box really gives the game away. |

Yeah I agree that it's a hoax - the story doesn't even make sense - but the photos are still pretty great. Nice find! |

I was fooled, until it got up to the duke box. The final line gives it away as well. The blog I got it from (Kottke) was completely sucked in by it. He is usually fairly reputable. Also the comments mention one of the cars is from the 70s. |
