Read this on the other site - is it true? 2.5 max, regardless of how long you stay on a GEPIK contract? |

From my look at the contract, I think it can go up to a maximum of 2.7, this is up to your employer though. |

Read the contract. What does it say?
Unless there's a specific clause capping salaries an employer can always pay more... under law (even in K-land) they can't pay less.
My EPIK contract has pay levels based on qualifications and experience. I get more.  |
