Kazaa Lite problems...

Up until a few days ago...I could click on Kazaa Lite (Windows XP Pro...Compaq notebook 1700) and in about 20 seconds, it would come up. Now when I click on it...for some reason, it takes about 5 minutes or so before it comes up.
Any ideas why? If so, how can I "fix" it? Thanks!
