Does anyone know if you can predate release letters, let's say for one month later, work up until that time, prepare for the new job for after that date (get the new confirmation of visa issuance) and then start working the new job with the new visa as soon as the first visa one expired (after new visa run of course)? |

Disclaimer: This is from personal experience, and different immigration offices might handle it differently.
I did exaclty that. I got a post-dated letter of release, and sent that, along with my paper work, to a new school. They got my visa blue paper, so I did my visa run two days after I finished with the first school. |

Thanks a lot. That's what I thought, but it is nice to have some kind of confirmation. |
