This is one of the things I find frustrating about Korean websites....
I tried to register just now on that site and it asks for a residence registration number. When I input the number on my ARC the web-site rejects it.
This happened to me before when I tried to buy a memory card online from a Korean website. Why they need a residence registration number I don't understand, and then to reject alien registration numbers only adds insult to injury.
They do have contact information if you would like to complain. I've just sent them an email about it.
