Well, mostly I don't think I will be in Korea long enough (mind you I like it well enough to be) but I have an itch to build something from the ground up.
There are a lot of IT guys here in Korea, why isn't there a greater use of technology in the ESL classroom here in Korea. Not the throw the kid in front of the computer but a truly interactive educational environment that goes beyond the paper and superstar in front of 10 kids...

I was thinking something similar recently, are there many interactive english learning cds out there? I assume there must be as there are so many different educatonal classes you can do online etc it only makes sense that there would be educational english cds out there too. |

Yeah, thats basically what I realize whenever I've attempted to pay for any private teacher (guitar, foreign languages, etc.). I could have just bought an interactive CD-Rom and learn it for a small fraction of the cost.
But fortunately for whatever reason.. people like to have the accountability from a real live person. |
