'Twizzlers', black, licorice ropes.
I like to wear what could be called light 'work socks'. And sandals over, at work. The only socks in Korea, it seems, are thin little dress socks for men. This is silly. So I get socks sent over.
Exotic health supplements like ginko, gotu kola, whatever. From a 'discount vitamin/health food store' back home. You'd be running far and wide to find that sort of stuff here, but eventually find it, for a little (sometimes a lot) more than back home. Ginseng is here, don't worry about that (ginseng mania here, maybe).
Your favourite underwear.
I dunno what else for now.........

Oh, valid driver's licence so you can, before that expires, present that to get a Korea drivers licence good for 5 or 7 years (or something like that) and only 20 bucks.

Tums?
Cheap souvenirs from your Western world for the kids. Like used comic books, cancelled foreign stamps, coins, keychains, whatever...enough for 120 kids, maybe. Hand it out at the end of the year, or as 'prizes'....

Boomerang wax?

Socks for sandals...
I always thought that socks while wearing sandals was a no no. Looks geeky. Especially wearing shorts, socks and sandals.
Yes? No?

i say yes for the simple reason that i have these awesome black leather sandals but when worn without socks everytime i take a step it sounds like i'm a little gassy. it's actually quite embarrassing. so, i try to wear "outdoorsy" looking socks with 'em.
