Anyone know what's going on, how to fix? Thanks.

I'm guessing this is the body text and not the title or subject line? If it is the body, it's an encoding problem, as the saint says. If it's the subject, it needs simple deletion! Wink

Yep indeedy... could be a nasty!

now, if you are using an online service such as Hotmail, go to your settings and change the language hotmail displays in (remember to visualise the steps you took to do this first though because once you do it, everything will change to the new language e.g. menus etc). This used to work for me when peopel sent me email in Japanese. Usually the encoding displayed fine in Hotmail using English menus. Other times, due to a different encoding in the mail, I woul dneed to change Hotmail to Japanese menus to get it to display properly.

That's why I asked what the original language the mail was in was.
