|
|
| I have an F2-1 with E7 extension. My contract is for two years but they only gave me a one year visa - stupid, I know. Now, I have to renew my visa for another year on that same contract. So my question is what documents will they require? All I really have is my contract (till Feb 2006) and passport - what else might they ask for? Anyone done this before? |

| I think that's enough? You might need your hagwon's business license or something like that too. |

OK - I got by - just.
First you renew the F2-1 = Application form + Wife's Hojeok & Proof of citizenship (Id + address) - Get them from the local Dong Office. Immigration said my wife should have come with me but I got it done without her.
Then you have to add the 'other' visa, in my case - E7. As I was renewing I needed: Application form + Contract / Company Business Certificate / Proof I am still working there (form).
Then, I needed another Application form for the Multiple re-entry visa.
Here is a question: It seems that even with resident status you still need the re-entry visa - is this the same with other countries, say Japan? |
