Please tell us any tips/techniques for effective negotiating with Korean bosses. Whta has worked and what has failed?

the only thing that has worked for me is when my boss' reputation is at stake.

Go for what you want a little bit at a time. Whatever you want, make it seem like it's their idea. That always seems to work for me.
