I just tried to uninstall Civilisation 3 and Medal of Honor but they weren't removed from my computer. What the heck??? I've tried 10 times and nothing! Is there some kind of trick to this? I've never had rpoblems uninstalling before. I don't play these games and I don't want them taking up space on my hard drive. What can I do? Please help. |

You could just delete their install directories in the 'programs' directory, anything else on your desktop and start menu and then follow up by running a registry cleaner like Tune-up Utilities or Fix-it Utilities. Once finished cleaning out your registry, use a file cleanup wizard like Ccleaner or Windows Washer to get rid of anything you missed before.
This will pretty much get rid of any remnants on your computer of either of those games. It's more of a pain than just pressing 'remove' from your add and remove programs list but, it will get the offending programs off your system. |

If I delete them won't my computer get f'ed up? In my add/remove list they still occupy 1.66 mb(Civ) and 3.14 mb(medal). |

After doing that and opening you "add and remove programs" window, those programs will either be missing or it will tell you that those entries are invalid so just press the 'remove' button to get rid of the entries.
This won't do anything to your computer as long as you just stick to the install directories for those programs. Don't delete any system folders. |
