Is this a good way to start a job ad? I found this over in the Korean Jobs

"Twelve Weeks' Paid Vacation"

We offer :

1) TWELVE weeks' paid vacation per year (four vacations, three weeks each)
2) Starting pay from 1.9 million won or higher per month depending on the teacher's education and teaching experience
3) Severance bonus upon completion of one-year contract
4) Fully furnished three bedroom apartments (shared with another instructor) that are a 10 minute walk from campus.
5) Medical insurance

Working conditions and hours

1) Teaching hours : 24 hours per week
2) Curriculum : Set curriculum provided
3) Class size : Maximum of 20 students

That depends.... if you noticed the same university had posted a hiring ad about a month and a half ago. That one didn't say that (twelve weeks vacation), and maybe they didn't get the responses they thought they would.
