Are there any palaces open on Thursday, or anything interesting to do (inexpensively) in Seoul? I would really like to check Gwanghwamun (sp?) or Kyunbukong(sp?) And if you know the costs that would be great too! Thanks everyone! |

Was reading on one of the newspaper sites that they're open today, so I'd assume they're also open tomorrow. Costs at these kinds of places are pretty cheap, they're very government subsidized. |

Wear a hat. It's gets cold walking around those palaces in the Winter. *bitter experience* |

If you've never been then I'd suggest a trip to the War Museum. I don't know if it's likely to be open, but even if it's not there's an outdoor exhibition of Korean War-era military vehicles and aircraft that are worth seeing. |
