				| Ok, this was *kinda* covered before, but not really. How does one pay an AMEX bill here? I don't have my ARC yet, so I don't have a bank account, so no bank card, so no online pay. You can't get checks in Korea (right?). and banks seem to be a no go. And all the numbers are either disconnected or purely in hangkook. Except for AMEX bank which says that they have NOTHING to do with AMEX card (GRRR, makes no sense). So HELP ME!!! As usual, beer and pizza to whoever provides the best solution. | |

				| You can get a banker's draft in any currency. Just take your passport and cash and they will change it for you.
Korea Exchange Bank gives the best rate and charges the least for service.

				| Amex has a card centre at the Lotte Department Store, myong-dong, on the top floor ( I think). I got my new card there activated there - they probably accept payments. English speaking service, as well. | |

Pay online, as with any other credit cards.

Once you log in, you can link your account to your checking/savings acct back home (US for me), and it automatically takes the payment amount out of your bank account. (You DO still have an account back home, right?)

See if it'll work for you.
