|
|
Hello,
I am going to be moving to Seoul in a few months. Does anyone know of apartments or places in Seoul where I can get Ǿ, ̹븮, Xpeed, or Ŀ internet service? I'm also trying to find a cheap place, but I know that might not be possible, as only new apartments have these services, for the most part.
Thanks,
Chris

Update: has a list of apartments which have Xpeed (100 megs up/100 megs down internet). The link is at the bottom of this page: http://product.thrunet.com/xpeed.asp
Click on "Xpeed Ʈ Ʈ", which basically means "List of apartments operating with Xpeed" (I think...my Korean's not nearly as good as I would like). Now I am trying to figure out which apartments on there are the cheapest. |

If you wrote the names of the ISP's in English and Korean a lot more people would know what you're talking about.
The best service out of the three different companies I've used here was Hanaro. 30,000 per month plus a free gift! I went for the rice cooker...... |

| My thrunet is W34,000 a month and takes 0.00000000000001% of a nanosecond to open websites. What are you doing, building a missile guidance system? |

| Ummm, I have....the kind my real estate agent set up for me. It's W34,570 per month. I read in the paper the other day that Thrunet had been bought by Hanaro and discounts are expected as a result. The service is always good, it went down once but they sent a guy the next day for free, the installation took ten minutes the day after we requested it. Yada yada. I don't dl much free software, nor do I really pay much attention to kbps. I'm gonna go milk the cow, now. |

| I've got me one of those iCows, sure it was a little expensive but the milk comes out as smooth as silk, and you can have the spots in 4 different colours. |
