| This might not help, but China (especially in the south near Vietnam), Vietnam and Thailand are fricken cheap to buy that stuff. I don't know about Seoul, plus I know this probably doesn't help you a lot, but you never know. |

Ok then,
all over China is good, but I found it really cheap (including other gems like rubies, etc) down in southern Yunnan province in China. This borders Vietnam (I have never been there, but people say they are just as cheap and makes sense). Thailand was cheap too, but I forget the details as I wasn't really shopping for them and just looking around. |
