So i get off the plane in Seoul and freak out!

What are the immigration procedures and paperwork that needs to be done at the aiport with my E2 visa?

I have heard of an alien registration card. Do i need one? How do i get one? Do i need any cash or anything before i get out of the airport?

Just dont want any hassles when arriving after a long flight and in the middle of the night!

Any experiences or advice welcome!

Fill in the immigration card on the plane, get off, line up for immigration, get stamped. Make sure the guy finds your E-2 visa otherwise you may just be stamped in as a tourist, get your bags, you're done.
The ARC can wait, as can health insurance etc.
Change some money at the airport, just enough to get you through the first few days, and then depending on where you are, change more later at a local bank. The rate outside the airport tends to be slightly better.

Most new arrivals in Seoul decide to take the complementary massage at the airport before dealing with the hassles of immigration. Upon disembarkation, you will be greeted by a team of top handlers with years of experience dealing with stressed out, tired, travelling professionals like you. My advice is to do a Hunter S impersonation. Have a ciggie in your face (unlit of course) and mumble something about bats and fat cat lawyers.

He/She will give up and just stamp your passport to get rid of you. Let them do the worrying-they get paid for it.
