Have any of you have been having trouble fixing many of the place names you come across in your job search? I just came across this great map that may be of some help. The interface is real easy to use (in english... always helpful) and gives a great deal of info regarding provinces and the cities/ towns there in. It briefly covers some of the main attractions and cutural festivities in the areas as well.

Check it out it may be of some use to you as well:

I dispute some of the entries that have been made here.

This about Masan

There are also great mountains just behind the city with the sea on the other side. It can be a very beautiful place with a lot of hiking opportunities around the city and some really beautiful temples in the mountains. Buses run to nearby Busan every 15 minutes

-I've lived in Masan?Changwon area 3 years and beautiful is one thing I would not describe Masan as. Also where are these beautiful temples in the mountains????

He is right about the buses though.
I like Masan but it is a shockingly dirty city for Korea.

This is still a good site, just don't take it all on face value Smile

Nothing on Seoul or Gyeonggi-do??

I don't mean to be Seoul-centric but a travel guide of Korea without Seoul is missing something.

Right.

However, it was made by the Korean-American Educational Commission.

Where are most ETAs placed?
Most ETA placements are in the southern regions around Gwangju and north of Busan. This year, there are 22 ETAs in the southwestern Jeolla region and 9 in the southeastern Gyeongsang region. There are also some placements in cities and towns closer to Seoul. There are currently 3 ETAs in the Gyeonggi region and 11 ETAs in the Chungcheong region, approximately 2 hours south of Seoul. There are also 6 ETAs on Jeju island, Korea's southernmost territory.
