I was placed by APC this past October, and my experience has been great. Kristopher has a lot of knowledge about working in Korea, as you can see from his website. I have a great deal of trust in his judgement.

His recruitment business is a part-time business for him, run out of his apartment, but he is very thorough with all the details. You will not be unduly pressured to make a desicion, and he will encourage you to do your own research. You will always be interviewed by the school itself, and you will get the personal e-mail addresses of current teachers at the school.

Having said this, you may find that he is hard to get a hold of, particularly if you are a new applicant...make sure to follow up your on-line application with a phone call a few days later...he, like all recruiters, gets piles of applications from people who are not really serious about going overseas, so it helps if you make yourself known with a call. After you have established your serious intent, he will try to get you matched with a suitable school. Once you have committed to a contract, he will ensure that you get everything in order...he keeps current with Korean immigration law (I rather get the impression that he can be a bit of a resource in this area for the hagwon directors, who are often not all that well informed...)

Anyway, to make a long story even longer...Kris seems like he is both trustworthy and on the ball. If you are serious, he can probably help you get a decent job in Korea. If you need any more info, please pm me
