Police Arrest Father for Hiring Hit Man to Kill Wife, Children
Police arrested Kim by tracking his IP address after he openly conducted online "business," including wrangling over a contract fee, with a police officer who was posing as potential client for a contract killing. Police arrested Kim first, and through Kim's bank account and email communications were able to uncover the nature of Lee's planned crime. Meanwhile, police discovered another woman whom Kim had targeted, a 50-year-old Ms. P, hung to death in her apartment Monday morning. Accordingly, police are conducting additional investigations on the website operator.

Watch out they got that chump through his ip so I guess they can do the same to you. Why didn't he use internet cafes instead.

It really begs the question, might Lee, Eun-joo possibly have been been murdered? I have my doubts, but you do wonder.

| What's the going rate on hit men? I'm sure they charge by the job, not the hour, but do they give discounts for package deals? Are there off season discounts? Can the employer specify weapons? Does the rate change with the weapons used? |

I wonder if a contract is really a contract. I eman, if it works like a hagwon, first you agree on a "contract", and then one party "executes" it, and then the hiring party reinterprets it and pays whatever they want.
I guess the difference is that a hitman would have better luck using the legal system to be compensated. |
