i've been using ghost 2003 to create disk images. works fine for me. a bit time consuming, though.

i just recently acquired acronis true image 8.0, which doesn't require the user to have to reboot into DOS in order to create/restore the image.

i've heard from some people that using a disk imager which doesn't reboot to DOS isn't as good, and that the image they create can have alot of errors in them.

anyone have any insight?
