Bribery Is Natural and Works, Teacher Claims
An online article purporting to be from an elementary school teacher that says bribing teachers with gifts is "natural" is making waves in cyberspace. "Giving and taking small gifts is natural," said the article posted on a website mostly visited by housewives on Tuesday. In time-honored fashion, it advises those who object to the practice to go abroad or forgo having children.

"Parents who never visit teachers in charge of their kids throughout the year behave poorly. I take special care of a pupil whose parents gave me an embroidered cushion worth W150,000 (US$150), in consideration of their sincerity," she said. "Female teachers most hate gifts of toiletries. All presents of that kind were returned last year," the writer said.

Bribery, the writer says, is common and works. "I am aware that some of my pupils are at a disadvantage because their parents fail to give me presents. But are such practices confined to schools? Bribery is rampant in corporations and public agencies."

Typical of the 'everybody else is doing it, so it must be OK' mentality.

Ok, now i know why Koreans die of "Fan Death."

It must be incredibly unhealthy to have so many fans covered in shit.
