OK, this may be more of a tech forum thing, but a lot of people who use digicameras to send pics home don't always look at that, so...
I want to mention that I found what may be my favorite FREE program yet for messing around with my pics, and that is Picasa 2... I don't like screwing around with lots of pic tweaking, but this thing has a lot of the basic features in a really easy format.
BEST is that is connects directly to gmail, and automatically sizes pics for normal e-mail sizes... I know it all sounds pretty pedestrian, but I've been really happy with how the whole set-up works, from installation onwards...
Computer masters can scoff or whatever, but for anyone who thinks that they're spending too much time playing around with image files, this program is decent.
(God, sounds like a commercial- really just a PSA- I'm not getting paid!!) |
