well, when does your f-2 expire? if it won't expire for awhile, you can get a re-entry permit (from local immigration ahead of time or from the airport immigration office), and then you won't be asked to surrender your ARC when you leave. |

We gave up our ARC(E-2) at the airport immigration, on the way to Bangkok. Then, we returned a month later, for like 6 hours, to pick up our stuff at left luggage in Incheon. We came back in on a tourist visa and they DID ask for our flight out info. |
