Hey - I'm lactose intolerant. I need milk. A few friends said they don't have it here but I can't fathom a nation of this many people a large number of them wouldn tbe lactose intolerant. Don't tell me to try Soy Milk - it taste like batter to me.
So does anyone know where I can get some - or what it would say on the carton of milk - so that it is lactose free milk? |

Aw, come on. try soymilk. Try, try again. It's so good for you! and it grows on you, it really does. Just make sure you buy the unsweetened stuff. The sweetened stuff really is sickening.
And my apologies for completely disregarding your request that no one sugget soymilk. I just couldn't help myself. |

Costco has vanilla-flavored soy milk which is organic and calcium-enriched and tastes heaps better than the regular korean soy milk.
Great for making smoothies with frozen banana!! |

While we're on the subject of lactose, has anyone seen soy cheese (or the rice based kind) over there? I'm also lactose intolerant, and I'll be in Bundang in about two months... |
