Drinking a big bottle 210 ml, now, and from what I can tell it contains 1470 mg of Vitamin C.....THAT'S A LOT IN MY BOOKS...In fact, I wonder if it is too much for my body, considering I also take vitamin supplements....


And I cannot read anything else on the bottle, but there is 2100 mg of something else! Can anyone tell me what else is in this Vita Power?

I'm not sure about the other vitamin/mineral in vita....but I think you are safe with the vit C.....Vit C is water soluable.....your body doesn't make it ....and any excess that isn't required is just "discarded" as waste. Perhaps somewhere I read that more than 4 g or vitamin C is not safe for pregnant women....but I can't imagine who would consume that much if not through a supplement.
