Hi!
I am a Canadian who got back from teaching in Korea in December. I am dating an American air force guy that I met while in Korea. Does anyone know what the process is for getting a work VISA for the US for Canadians? I want to move down to live with him in May or June, and I don't want to have to marry him just to get into the States. Anyone else been in this situation? Any help would be appreciated.

You can either marry the guy  or try any of the immigration lawyers who practice in Canada or the states...a very reputable firm can be found at www.visalaw.com...lot's of info and such...
if you are a certified teacher check out various state's websites concerning teaching...lot's of programs to get Canadian teachers down south... |
