Is this holiday being phased out?

One of the people I work with was unsure whether it's actually a holiday next week. My calendars have it as red.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but I plan for relaxation months in advance, and I hate surprises.

Yes, there will be a holiday on April 5th.

Though, this is the last year for the "tree day" holiday.
