I'm here on an E-2 Visa now for 4 months, I'm gathering the docs to get my F-4, But I'm wondering if my school needs to be involved or not since they sponsored my VISA. From their perspective I could see why they would not want me to get my F-4 in between incase I decide to quit.
But as it turns out it is something I would consider as I feel I coudl get a better position.
So if I apply to get my F-4 , can I get it and would my haegwon know about it? |
