The current question here for us exchange students is where we can find ladies nights. The Korean students said it would be possible to find one every night of the week, but that they would be crawling with random GIs and strange Korean businessmen... and they have no idea where these ladies nights would be. Not very useful of them.

We've discovered and frequent the Areno club in the Millennium Hilton on Wednesday nights (free drinks until 11).

Does anyone know of any other bars or clubs? I met a random English teacher who said that Itaewon was full of them on Thursday nights, and that you could find random ladies nights in Apgujeong/Gangnam throughout the week. We're just poor university students, trying to drink for free (or cheaply)!

Thanks!

There is a sort of 'ladies night' at the Apollo P.C room near seoul station. All ladies get free unlimited coffee, and the ladies toilet has free toilet paper.

thursday in itaewon is ladies night. free drinks till 11 or 12. it's a terrifying experience, i'd go at least once, but bring some pepper spray to fend off the men.
