As part of my post-graduate degree in technical writing I need to interview a technical writer, nothing too strenuous and can even be done by email if the writer is too busy. I could use a technical writer anywhere in the world however I would like to get the impressions from one working in Korea and the unique challenges they face.

Just in case you don't know what a technical writer does, they are the people who write user/maintenance/technical manuals, policy and procedure documents, plans, proposals, basically any documentation that an organisation requires.

If anyone knows of an English speaking writer working in Korea could you send me a PM, and I'll be eternally grateful.

I am a technical writer, 13 years experience, although I don't work as one in Korea. I'm here to take a break.

I've got 3 years as an Instructional Designer...it's similar to technical writing. However, I've been in Korea 18 months and have not been writing as of late except for class based materials.

If it's close to what you need, let me know.
