Stability Top Priority for Workers: Survey
One in two workers feel insecure about their current job status, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry reported Sunday. The survey also showed 51 percent of workers were making some sort of preparation for possible lay-off; 16 percent of the respondents were collecting information on opening a business, 13.1 percent were studying for special license exams and 11.2 percent were working on polishing their language skills.

"Saturation of the 'professional occupation' pool could lead to inefficiency of the overall labor force," said a KCCI official. "We have to think of ways to attract creative and challenge-loving young talent to the corporate setting," he added.

Gee... I wish they'd do that to the immigration guys that have been there at the upper levels and can't even speak any other languages than Korean.

It's time to move them on.
