ok heres the deal its just minor concern
i am planning on leaving next week
anyway my visa in my passport is for one year (which i got in october)
but i says that that it expired in december???
i got my alien card no problems and that is all good expires in october this year
im just a little confused about it and wondering if anyone else has the same thing in their passport? im a new zealander BTW (maybe makes a differnece???)
im sure this will be no problem but im doing a runner and i would hate for things to get complicated

| You had 90 days after getting your visa overseas to apply for your ARC in Korea. That is what the expiry date last year means. Your ARC is the real visa, now. |

Actually you have 90 days from the date the visa was stamped / issued to enter the country. It's worded a little badly. You then have a year from the date you enter the country. If you don't enter Korea before the 90 days are up the visa becomes invalid and you have to reapply. |
