having dealt with recruiters on two separate occassions and finding that once they place you in a position and are paid their fee, they are neither use nor ornament when it comes to mediating between employer and employee, i just wondered what these people get paid for their troubles ? |

Their job is to simply to fill a demand with a supply~ we are nothing but cattle to them, well paying cattle at that.
I found that to keep a recruiter to his/ her word is to put it in the contract that if any dispute arises between the "employer" [hereby known as the school] and "employee" [hereby known as the "teacher"] it would be resolved in the presence of the recruiter, so they can't weasle out of it and if you quit, you can't get penalize because the dispute was not resolved by the recruiter.
A safe bet |
