				| Hi guys, Has anybody shipped stuff home and was it worth it or more expensive?
I've looked at the Korean postal website...is there any company that is more reasonable.
I move about a lot and I'm getting tired of leaving everything behind all the time. I would be posting home a big carrier bag full of stuff if the price was okay.
 Any info would be appreciated!

				| I sent home(to the States) a few boxes at the end of my last contract. I can't remember the prices, but remember thinking that it was reasonable. I thought it was definitely worth it to keep the little things I've bought along the way. I do keep that in mind when buying, though, and usually try to buy small things. | |

				| Okay, thanks. Did you use the postal service or did you use a pojang??. I'm not sure but I think a pojang is usually located next to a post office.
I heard that they wrap your package well for you.
Anyway, thanks I'll try and save my stuff.

				| i'd advise you to send stuff through the post office via surface mail -- its cheap and i had no problems getting stuff back to the uk safe and sound. i sent all sorts of things, fragile and otherwise -- books, souvenirs, crockery (those black soup bowls) etc -- i must have sent at least 4 boxes back full to capacity and they all got back to the uk safe and sound within two months. all you need to do is buy a box from the post office for around a chon, tape all the edges up securely with green duct tape, and then fill it up -- 6 months ago it cost 40,000 to send 20 kilos worth of books to the uk, so i imagine its cheaper if your sending it to the states.
 laters, Steven

				| That's great advice thanks....I'll even make sure that the duct tape is green so nothing can go wrong. I thought it would be a lot more expensive to be honest. Cheers

				| PS: the color of the tape is not an essential point | |

				| Oh no...it's gotta be green...I'm Irish so green duct tape is important. Nah I was only joking about the tape.
