I have just been given a load of bank sheets at my school (public) which must detail what I have been doing in my classes for the last month and a half. I don't have a big problem with this, but I would have prefered it if they had told me at the start. Still, my biggest gripe is that there are two sperate sheets. One is for a more detailed lesson plan(per class) and the other is an overall plan. What is the point in filling in the overall plan, when the detailed ones have already been completed? It's nonsensical. To top things off, the lesson plans I have been doing since the start are not allowed to be submitted as evidence of my hardwork. What's more, I now have to dedicate my time to these stupid plans, which would otherwise have been spent on real preparation such as flashcards, worksheets etc. Korean management can be utterly stupid. (I know they are in the UK too).

I feel for ya man, paper work is never a good thing, much less when it doesn't make sense.

On a side note, do you really think the title for his post is the best pick?
