I did this a few weeks ago, but neglected to write anything about it.
A while ago, there was a person asking how much does it cost to get additional pages for their passport.

Well, here's my experience

I got to the US embassy by 3 (the American Services Center closes at 3:30 and is not open on Wednesday) and went to the cashiers counter and told them I needed additional passport pages. I handed them my passport and they told me to sit down until my name was called.

20 minutes later, I got my pasport back with the pages numbered (or lettered) A thru Z glued into my passport.

And it was FREE

I know people might have posted about it, but I just wanted to share my experience about it.

I went to Fukuoka and was standing in line at the Korean office, the guy looks at my passport and tells me I had to get some extra pages! So I took a cab to the U.S embassy, not too far away, waited about 30 minutes, the guy came out and gave me my passport! The new pages are lettered like A, B,C,D, E really cool, but at first I had stress because I was afraid I would have to spend an extra day in Japan, which did not happen, luckily!

You could've just cut up some A4 paper and stapled it in there.
