Anybody know what a phone booth room is?
I came across this term last week in a conversation book. I have some ideas but I would like to know for sure. |

I've seen some around Jungno. You'll find them in the older areas of Seoul.
My girlfriend told me they're places where the guys sit in a phone booth and pay money to talk dirty to a girl and wank. Not sure they ever meet the woman. I'm sure for a price anything can be arranged.
I think of that funny Aerosmith video where the fat lady is ironing and holding a kid. |

hollywood action i think you are talking of something else. NOt sure where those couples go, probably love hotels, but i think the phone room is more in line with what Derreck said.
I've heard there is a tv in the room and they can see the girl and then tell her what to do over the phone, but I'm not sure about this. |

You're all right. Sometimes cctv (saw a place get busted on the news once), sometimes normal aged prostitutes, sometimes underagers. |
