The carrier recently kick-started a campaign called "Motiquette," which is a combination of the words mobile etiquette, in collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corp.

It's high time, too.

I want to know why I'm always less important to the person I am with than the person who calls on the cell phone. Why can't people learn to say, "Hi. Sorry, I can't talk right now. I'll call you back when I'm free."

I guess because that is what I do when someone calls my home and I have company, I just expect other people to do the same.
