Can you get depo-proverin here? I asked my local doctor, but he said no. What about the internation clinics like in itaewon? I miscalculated and didnt bring enough with me. I cannot switch to the pill( I have really bad reactions to it) Any help is appreciated, thanks |

I phoned the company's hotline before I came here 3 years ago, and they said then that it wasn't available in Korea, they did mention it was in Thailand though. Think your boss will buy it as an excuse for a vacation? |

My fiance checked for me on-line today, and a female Korean ob-gyn said that SOME doctors have it at their clinic, but it's not available at any pharmacy (strange). I'm going to see my doctor in Hannam dong this Sat. If she doesn't have it, I doubt anyone else would have it. I'll post back on Monday to let you know if she had it. I've been taking the pill (Mercillon), and it's killing me |

Well, I went to my doctor on Sat., and she said it's not available in Korea, unfortunately. However, she did write me a prescription for it, and I'm going to pick it up this week on a quick trip home. You could ask your doctor to write you a prescription, send it to someone back home, have them pick it up, mail it to you, and finally take it to your doctor to have it injected. I wonder why it's not available in Korea... |

Most Koreans don't trust birth control period. I've heard of girls believing that even condoms are bad for them. Presumably it's not available because there's simply not much of a market for it here. |
