Language Complex Planned in Inchon
South Korean students will soon be able to learn English from native speakers at high schools in West District, Inchon, as the government has decided to designate the region as a foreign language special development zone.

I'm so dumb. Everytime I see 'language complex planned', 'language center to be created' and so on I think that they actually mean language. For them language = English. �ܱ����п� = �����п�. I shouldn't be fooled by that all the time.  |
