I have glucose intolerance\boderline type 2 diabetes and have been able to keep it under control the last few years with diet and exercise. However, lately my blood sugar has been getting out of whack and I think it's definitely time to see a doctor.
Can anyone recommend a good, English speaking diabetes doctor in the greater Seoul area? |

Your best bet would probably be someone at Asan medical Center
- they've got an international clinic and I know that's where the military sends their guys for anything serious these days. |

The ROK army perhaps?
The US military sends their serious cases either to St Mary's in Uijeongbu (in a pinch and bad flying weather), 121 hospital on Yongsan army base, or to Hawaii.
Korean hospitals don't recognize TRICARE health insurance, which covers US military personnel in the absence of a US military medical facility or a TRICARE approved medical facility. |
