Does anyone here work at either of these universities? Or have you worked there in the past? I'm going to send my resume soon but I'd like to know what conditions are like there. Do you have a month off each vacation? Are there any serious problems with administration? Are you forced to work overtime? Do you teach credit classes or is the university just running a hagwon?
Please let me know your experiences so I can make an informed decision. Thanks.

You're in Korea: I recommend getting your a$$ out there and checking the place/people out. No amount of commentary from past/present employees beats your gut, IMPNSHO.

I've worked in a university before and there are many things you can't know just by looking at the place. Things that look very good on paper or on the outside can often turn out to be just horrible.
