I teach in a tiny rural middleschool every monday & I'm stuck there over lunchhour. They provide me lunch prepared at an elementary school down the road. I'm vegetarian. Generally theres a couple good options but last week I was reduced to rice & kimchi.
Well. I guess the school was a bit embarrassed & calls went out to the dietician. Mondays henceforth are vegetarian day for some 100 students & teachers. Lunch today was great. Nice! |

So, because of one's person's dietary issues, 100 people or more had to have their diets changed? Man, I do love vegetarians... with a little barbecue sauce and some salt they taste all right |

it's very healthy to eat veggie meals. mondays are prolly the only day that all the students get enough fiber in their diet. |

I also would prefer to bring my own, but that's still a nice story. |
