Hey guys,

Can someone explain napster to go to me? I currently have Rhapsody, which is 9.95 a month, and has tons of songs..but it costs extra to actually DOWNLOAD the songs..you can just hear them on your comp. Can you actually download with Napsters 14.95 a month service? Also, when I tried to download Napster, it said it was only meant to work in North America.
