Hi,

So I'm aware of the documents I need to supply, but what about the employer? I will be working at a place that has never sponsored an E2 visa before, so I'm helping them out.

I know I need to supply my degree, CBC, photos, health statement, and a signed contract. What am I missing?

Also, does the employer need to go to immigrations for this, or can I do it by myself?

Thanks!
