Are there any English or American accredited universities in S. Korea? I know that Duke University has a branch here. Any others? Or are there programs at Korean Uni's that are taught completely in English and well respected at our home countries? I'm looking to do a PHD or MBA while I teach. |

Yonsei and Sejong have MA in Int Studies/Asian Studies programs. Think Yonsei has a PhD program Also Korea Univ, Sejong, KAIST, and Seoul National have US accredited MBA programs.
Outside of Seoul you may be SOL |

Fuqua School. Do a google. You have to have an inordinate amount of qualifications and a good bit of cash.[/url] |

Right, well apparently I don't know how to properly quote on this web site, but you get the idea. To clarify, I wrote the stuff on the bottom and you wrote the stuff on the top. I usually prefer the top, but its all yours this time....Derreck is a girls's name in Korean, right? |

yeah.. don't do an mba in korea. even the best universities just aren't that great.
you could maybe do a distance mba from a good university. right now i'm looking at taking the imperial mba (british uni) which is perfectly respectable.. i just worry about the 'distance learning' thing, which generally has a bad rep. |

The Sejong MBA program is actually a joint program with Syracuse Univ. They have Syracuse profs come over twice a year and teach courses. Apparently you get a cert from Syracuse when you graduate and you only need a few more courses from Syracuse which you can do over the net to get a Syracuse MBA to go with your Sejong MBA |
